The Treaty of 387 (387の条約 387 No Jōyaku?) is a treaty signed in ES 387 created LADDER and sanctions the Mars Kingdom Parliament, a LADDER-sponsored attempt at a constitutional monarchy on Mars. It was invoked by Aga Mbadi in ES 591 to justify the presence of the Mars Kingdom Parliament delegation led by Queen Limeira after the Jovians and Venusians protested.[1]
