Joe's Bar (ジョーの酒場 Jō no Sakaba?) is a Scrapyard bar, likely located in the Western District.
Plot[]
In ES 578[1] Ed found Alita crying in the bar after she had run away from home following Hugo's death. After talking to her, he was able to sign her to a 12 race contract with his motorball team, Esdoc Motors. Ed later mentioned the incident following Alita’s fourth Third League race, but Umba reminded him that the topic was off limits.
