Policella Porwit (ポリセラ・ポルヴィット) served as Princess Kagura's secretary[1], and as her jijū in the past[2]. Policella hired the assassins Giratin, Daz, and Rocco to kill Yoko[3], presumably according to Princess Kagura's wishes. Policella was killed by Baron Muster via Krista Morten poisoning during the 12th Edom Assembly over the Tiida Kagan irradiation rights[4].
