Creation of Alita's Face is the second omake manga to appear in Battle Angel Alita and is found in the fourth volume, Angel of Victory. It is a single panel and is paired with Creation of Alita's Innards. It was not included in Viz's first printing of Rusty Angel, but appears in the second printing.
