Meshach is Binhar's delegate to LADDER.

Meshach is a dark skinned man with dreadlocks dressed in a kurta with a patterned shawl and a Gandhi cap bearing the LADDER symbol.
History[]
During a LADDER session that Ping Wu and Alita spied on, Meshach and his fellow Earth delegates were unable to respond to Venusian chief delegate Fournier's harassment as a result of the Unanimous system working against them.[1]
